Download the WiFi certificate

If you have not already done so, please download the SSL Certificate

Make sure you download the certificate using the Safari web browser, or the certificate will not be installed.

You will be prompted to allow the profile to be downloaded.

Poor Mobile signal?

If you do not have a good mobile signal, there is a limited access WiFi account you can use to download the certificate.

Go to your WiFi settings and connect to QueenMargarets with the password 39993999. This will connect you without internet access and your phone may complain about that - just ignore for now as you only need access to the QM network.

When you have downloaded the certificate, go back to your WiFi settings and Forget the QueenMargarets network.

Install the WiFi certificate

1. In the settings app go to General > VPN & Device Management
   (On older devices, go to General > Profile)

2. Select Queen Margarets Escrick Root v2 under downloaded profile

3. Press Install

   

4. If prompted, enter your password to confirm

5. If you see any warnings that the certificate cannot be verified, press Install

6. Navigate to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings

   

7. Enable Full Trust for Root certificates for the Queen Margarets Escrick Root v2 certificate

Connect to QM-Connect

In your WiFi settings, tap on the QM-Connect network and enter your username and password.
